Do you need help with your new AvidXchange Spend card¹? Most requests can be resolved quickly. See the options below:

  • View transactions, card limits, and balances in the AvidXchange Spend mobile app.
  • Contact your company’s card administrator for questions regarding your card credit line increase or to request a replacement for a lost or stolen card.
  • If you suspect fraud, freeze your card in the mobile app and call us at (855) 704-2843.

If you are a company’s card administrator with access to the AvidXchange Community, you can submit a case, view FAQs, and review supporting documentation. If you are a company’s card administrator and need to request access to the AvidXchange Community, complete the access request form.
