AvidXchange Creates New Product Management Group
AvidXchange is pleased to announce the formation of a Product Management Team. Their mission is to drive product development to meet the company’s short and long-term goals while continuing to deliver exceptional benefits and superior value to their clients. As the internal “voice of the customer” they liaise with customers and stay abreast of changing technologies and market requirements. “When you look at our core values’, being passionate about client success is at the top of our list,” shares Michael Praeger, Chief Executive Officer of AvidXchange. “That’s why creating a Product Management group to monitor the pulse of our customers’ is a business priority.”
The newly created team is led by Jay Plueger, VP of Product Management. His many years at AvidXchange implementing automated bill pay solutions with customers have given him first hand experience with the challenges of automating this critical business function. He is joined by Jodi Linke, Product Communications Manager, also a veteran of AvidXchange. She will champion client communications to increase awareness of new solutions and product enhancements.
The creation of a new group within AvidXchange has allowed other team members to advance their careers; namely Heather Caudill, promoted to Director of Professional Services and Josh Krogh to Project Manager on the Services team. It is an exciting time to be part of AvidXchange: overall growth in headcount is at 30%, they recently moved to the upscale Metropolitan complex located next to the Greenway, and was voted one of the best places to work in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal.
