As of the Effective Date of this Policy, AvidXchange’s products and services are offered to businesses only. If you are not accessing this site on behalf of your company, you are welcome to browse our site even though we don’t have products or services for you.
All users must register to use our site to take advantage of our products and services (“Registered Users”). AvidXchange requires Registered Users of the Websites and its products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide certain information which may include identifiers such as company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and company financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, and the names of the users within the organization that will be using the Services on behalf of the organization. AvidXchange may also request or require additional information such as professional and employment information including the user’s business title, department name, business fax number, or additional company information.
AvidXchange systems and some of its service providers also collect certain Internet, electronic network activity, and geolocation information as a result of your use of, and interaction with the Services, advertisements, and Websites of AvidXchange and our service providers (“Usage Information”).
AvidXchange may use certain standard web measurement and tracking technologies such as “cookies,” web server logs, or other statistics programs to collect Usage Information, including Internet (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), language, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks, to monitor and record how you use the Websites. A Website also may collect information about the types of devices used to access the Website. This information helps us to understand how users are using the Websites and how we can improve the Websites and our service offerings. This information also may be used by AvidXchange and its service providers to better market the Services, analyze trends, administer the Websites, diagnose technical problems, derive each user’s approximate location, calculate user levels, perform audits, and security and fraud monitoring and detection. AvidXchange shares this information on an aggregated anonymized data with its partners and advertisers but does not associate that information with individual usernames without consent of the user.
The users of the Websites and the Services are generally businesses or other non-person legal entities. While most of the information AvidXchange receives and collects is not of a personal nature, portions of the information we receive may include public and Non-public Personally Identifiable information (NPI) about individuals.
Additionally, we use applications of, and may contract with, service providers for reporting purposes and to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

AvidXchange Websites do not recognize ‘Do Not Track’ browser requests for information gathering. Cookie data is not transmitted for Website visitors browsing in Incognito Mode (or similar).
Other parties may not collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time or across different Websites when a consumer uses AvidXchange’s Website or service.

AvidXchange uses the information it collects and retains to market and provide the Services, to both Registered Users of the Services and potential users of the Services, to improve the Services, the Websites and the customer experience and to develop, market and provide new products and services. AvidXchange also may use this information to offer factoring and other related services to existing or potential participants in its payment network. AvidXchange may also use information such as your name, phone number and e-mail address to contact you, respond to your inquiries, and send you information as well as notify you of special offers and other products or services, including those of our partners, that we believe may be of interest to your company or to notify you of important new changes to the Websites. Usage Information helps AvidXchange measure the success of the Website and its features or pages and to improve your online experience, as well as to optimize the Services.
The information may also be used for records administration, accounting and funding activities, enforcing our site policies, and compliance with laws and regulations. AvidXchange uses commercially reasonable technical, physical and organizational security controls to protect loss, misuse and alteration of, and limit access to, all non -public collected information about you on the Websites. Internally, we employ measures designed to limit access to personal information about you to employees whom we reasonably believe to come into contact with the information for the purposes set forth in this Policy. In addition, Registered Users are required to access their account information through a user password. These measures are designed to protect such personal information from unauthorized persons when you are using the Websites. Unfortunately, data, including without limitation e-mail and electronic communications, submitted over the Internet is subject to the risk of being accessed by unauthorized third parties. No security system is fail safe and AvidXchange cannot guarantee the information you provide will never be obtained by unauthorized persons. If you are a Registered User, maintaining the confidentiality of your user password is your responsibility, and you should change your password regularly, especially if you suspect confidentiality has been compromised.
The Websites may contain links to other websites controlled, offered or maintained by third parties. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, AvidXchange is not affiliated with these sites and AvidXchange makes no representation and is not responsible for these sites or the contents contained therein.
