After registering for AvidXchange Community and creating an account, customers will have access to the latest news about the company, product releases, and details on upcoming events, as well as AvidXchange knowledge base content and a number of helpful resources including user guides, instructional videos, educational webinars, and more.
Additionally, within the platform, customers will be able to chat live with AvidXchange’s team of customer care agents, search help-based content, participate in discussion forums with other customers and AvidXchange product experts, and view all support cases and their status.
