With more than 20 years of experience in property management, Claudia Good is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland and the Chief Financial Officer responsible for managing all accounting operations and leading a seasoned team of accounting professionals at Borger Management, Inc.
Good is also responsible for overseeing the Payroll, Commercial Lease Administration, and Information Technology departments. Good is a member of MACPA and AICPA and is well-versed in all aspects of business planning, process improvement, technology integration and financial analysis.
