To the maximum extent permitted by law, User waives any claim based on reliance on the Calculator or its outputs. Nothing in the Calculator or these Terms is intended to (i) mislead or deceive Users regarding potential savings or outcomes; (ii) represent that savings are typical, guaranteed, or risk-free; or (iii) substitute for a User’s independent business judgment. User represents and warrants that User has the full right and authority to provide such information. Use of the Calculator does not obligate either party to enter into any agreement or business relationship.
