How do my invoices get into AvidXchange?

We start by notifying your suppliers to send their paper invoices to a PO Box set up on your behalf, as well as submit their invoices to an email address established for you. Our invoice ingestion service then takes all of your invoices, converting any paper invoices to an electronic format, and posts them to your AvidXchange portal.
