AvidXchange today announced our CEO and Co-Founder, Michael Praeger, was named on Charlotte Business Journal’s inaugural “Power 100” list.
Michael secured the number two spot on this year’s list for trailblazing the entrepreneurial scene in Charlotte, NC where AvidXchange’s headquarters has sat for more than 20 years.
Additionally, he has grown AvidXchange from a local tech startup focusing on accounts-payable automation into a thriving public company listed on Nasdaq with 1,600 employees across seven major U.S. locations. Michael and his team accomplished that by making the company a technology leader in a growing array of payment systems and processes for middle-market businesses.
