Vice President, Product Marketing
Scott is a marketing and communications executive with years of experience leading progressive corporate branding, demand generation, and product marketing strategies in the IT solutions space. He joined us in 2019 as our Vice President, Demand Generation, driving scalable, predictable and repeatable marketing strategy and execution across all aspects of demand generation to achieve revenue goals and support growth objectives.
Before joining AvidXchange, Scott led the global brand marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement teams at Lenovo’s Data Center Group solutions business unit as the company’s Executive Director, Head of Global Marketing. He also spent 15 years at IBM, most recently serving as Worldwide Director of Marketing (Executive) & Program Director of Marketing for IBM System x, where he focused on market positioning, outbound marketing, and sales enablement programs for IBM’s System x business.
In his free time, Scott enjoys outdoor activities with his family, boating and fishing on the North Carolina coast, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America.
