Vice President, Customer Success
Kara Dion is the VP of Customer Success at FastPay where she is responsible for driving retention and ensuring growth for all media payment customers. In her role, she works collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to help clients realize the most value from FastPay’s payment products.
Kara joined FastPay to lead the customer and product marketing initiatives for all payment solutions. In 2019, she was promoted to run FastPay’s client success team before the company’s acquisition by AvidXchange. Prior to joining the team, Kara served in senior sales and marketing roles with technology companies, specifically in B2B market verticals including HCM software, services, and mobile devices.
Kara is a graduate of Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Science. When not working, Kara enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her local community and playing tennis.
