Sage selects Cloud at Work as accredited cloud hosting provider

Sage has added Cloud at Work as an approved Strategic Hosting Provider to help Sage Partners migrate customers to the cloud. Cloud at Work allows Sage customers in the U.S. currently using on-premises solutions, including Sage 100, Sage 300 and Sage CRE, to also access the benefits of software-as-a-service with Sage support and the SaaS expertise of the Cloud at Work team.

Introhive closes $100M Series C round for AI-powered CRM

Introhive has secured $100 million in Series C funding led by growth equity firm PSG. Introhive makes artificial intelligence-powered sales and revenue acceleration software to work with any customer relationship management platform. The software also integrates with other systems, including marketing automation and business intelligence technologies, to help enterprises grow and scale.

Introhive plans to use the funding for strategic acquisitions, to expand its global footprint and to grow its engineering, sales and marketing teams.

AvidXchange acquires FastPay

AvidXchange, which makes midmarket payment automation solutions, has acquired FastPay, which makes payment automation for the media industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
