Change Project Manager

Operations/Administrative | Charlotte, North Carolina
The Change Project Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional, high impact initiatives to meet company’s strategic goals. The Change Project Manager provides the direction for complex projects, processes and change management initiatives. This position works with peer management at all levels from the executive level through all departments to support business strategies, goals, objectives, and change integration initiatives.

This role must be able to work independently and demonstrate leadership in various situations including mergers and acquisitions as well as external strategic partners. To be effective this position requires strong critical thinking and analytical skills, highly effective written, presentation and oral communications skills, an independent, consultative approach to building business relationships and recommending best courses of action, and the ability to gain commitment from parties with differing positions and opinions. This position requires an established record of consistently delivering projects results on time and holding oneself, and others, accountable for deadlines.

You will be a hands-on project manager, capable of engaging in executive level and department level discussions through the organization, create and manage project plans, accountable for milestones and overall communications to stakeholders. You can expect to work hard, but have some fun along the way too. Oh, and you need to be able to keep secrets because at times we’ll be working on double-top-secret types of initiatives!

Senior DevOps Engineer

Information Technology | Charlotte, North Carolina
The Senior DevOps Engineer position will provide for the design and execution of our automated build and deployment strategy in our Software as a Service platform.  Candidates must be excellent analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as effective communicators experienced in deployments of large scale applications in multiple environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and extend our software delivery pipeline supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery for multiple teams
  • Design, implementation, and management of build, deployment, configuration, and automated test tool set
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to leverage configuration management allowing for automation of environment provisioning
  • Work with developers, architects, and engineers to provide automated solutions driving improved efficiency throughout the SDLC
  • Design and maintain a release management strategy supporting an always-on 24/7 environment with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Provides technical guidance and leadership to team members on standards and best practices
  • Responsible for documenting and socializing DevOps processes and tools across the organization
