Casey Pierce

In her current role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Casey is responsible for partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure we attract high-performing Talent. Casey joined AvidXchange in 2017 as one of the company’s first Talent Business Partners. Since then, she has grown to lead together and separately our Talent Acquisition and Talent Business Partner functions. Specifically, her teams ensure the right people and workforce strategies complement business strategies for the right hiring outcomes that help also impact culture and retention of teammates.

Casey has a diverse background and has worked in industries ranging from healthcare, education, retail and now fintech. She brings a passion and energy to all that she does with a strong desire to win, and not only for herself, but for those around her.

Casey received her BS in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. In her free time, you can find her on the lake, spending time outdoors or diving deep into the throes of mindless reading.
