The AvidBill Network is the new destination for your vendors to submit invoices either electronically or by sending paper invoices ‒ like they do today ‒ to your new AvidBill lockbox address. Through analysis of vendors across all AvidXchange clients, our vendor management team works directly with your vendors to determine the most efficient method for them to submit invoices. Upon receipt of a vendor invoice through AvidBill, it is immediately processed into an electronic invoice format and appears automatically in the appropriate AvidInvoice workflow approval step determined by your specific business rules.
